Identify Vintage Gemeinhardt Piccolo?

I am requesting assistance in identifying the model/composition of a piccolo that I have owned for at least 44 years (therefore manufactured prior to ~1971). It appears to be silver, or silver plated. On the head receiver of the barrel are the following inscriptions:
