piccolo rubbing against third finger of right hand

hello. has anyone had a problem with their boston legacy ironwood piccolo regarding the right hand third finger and the mechanism area of the piccolo that is rubbing on the side of that finger? I just bought this piccolo and now noticed the problem while I was trying it out. thank you

Hello again. Took piccolo back to dealer. She had to smooth it out but it still in bothered me so I ended up getting a Yamaha instead. It fit my hand better. Thanks.
