Hi. I am working on the Vivaldi picc concerto and have a question about the second movement. There are the two lines, one the basic version and the other is the ornamented version. I have listened to some versions online but can't find consistancy in what to do. There are repeats after each section, so I was wondering if I should repeat both sections, or if I should play each one time or some sort of combination of those options.
Also I was wondering if I do repeat if I should play the ornamented version the second time or just play the basic version. I'm not worried about difficulty, I just want to play what is best for the piece.

Well for the second movement what I did when I was learning the piece was not repeat at all, because no offense I found that movement rather boring. But I think the ornamented version is just a guidance, I've heard some variations of adding grace notes and trilling with that movement...
