Repair tech recommendations

First time poster here. I'm looking for a reasonable priced tech to do some repairs on a student flute (Armstrong 104). It needs at least a partial repad and some body work done. I've been doing some searching online and there are quite a few places out there from cheap to expensive. One that always comes to the top in a search is Rich Lupo at www.richlupo.com out of Coralville, Iowa. His prices are reasonable. Does anyone have any experience with him and his work? I'm in Southern Illinois and I don't trust the local shop.
