Help with history of this brand??

So I picked up a Hernals S100 today and went looking online for information, but couldn't find much information. Some people say that Hernals made a deal with Yanagisawa or Yamaha back in the 70s? If someone could tell me any information about this flute and brand, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
