More info needed about a Powell Signature flute!?!

I know this is a Powell Signature flute...and it has the number 40432 stamped on it, but I can't find anything online to get more specifics about what type of flute it is or what the value might be. Any resources or info anyone can share?

It might have Signature engraved on it, but it definitely is not a Powell. You've got some offshore wannabe.
