Wow! tone suddenly much improved

I can't explain it but my tone seemed to improve a lot and almost over night. I can play E1 to B3 and make the tone sound surprisingly good and my duration is much improved too. I can't say this about the clarinet unfortunately. That thing is work work work and then you get a little improvement.

Ha ha. That's so weird. I just practiced my flute today and the same situation just happened here...how coincidental!

Well thankfully it doesn't seem as hard as clarinet. Clarinet seems to be a lot of work with not as much progress as the flute. Maybe it's just me thoogh.

what is uncanny, is that two of the flutists in the studio here just made huge leaps in the tone deparment as well..... maybe some of that tone magic will rub off.
