Flute History and Instrument Purchase

I have a flute I'm trying to identify.
The only markings I can find say "concert" on one of the parts.
Any help in identifying would be appreciated.

It's a generic flute of Chinese origin. The engraving style and the black caps on the tenons are dead give-aways that it is Chinese.
