There is an excellent trill chart at www.wfg.woodwind.org that I would suggest having a look at. And should you need to ask something like this again, specifying which octave can be very helpful to those trying to answer. Trill fingerings do change from register to register, and some even depending on what the surrounding notes are.

For octaves on the flute you write them as follows.

Lower octave is the 1st octave
middle octave is the 2nd octave,
Upper octave is the 3rd octave,
and the highest octave [its more of a half of an octave] is the 4th octave.
