I attended a flute workshop this weekend with several of my colleagues from the college I attend. At lunch yesterday we got into a conversation about TMJ troubles, and discovered that all four of us have/had TMJ! I had TMJ surgery to correct it 25 years ago, and the other three young ladies currently have issues with it. We all wondered if it has anything to do with playing the flute.
Anybody have any insights about this?
