George Cloos Flute

I inherited a George Cloos flute complete with case. Serial # 6156. Not sure what I have, but would like to find out. Can anyone help me. Thanks.

Probably a wood flute. Late 19th century around the turn of the century if I remember. Had one cross my bench some years ago. Can't tell you what its worth. I would check with someone like David Shorey for something like this.

You`d better look for some info in libraries, cuz I`ve looked through approximately 30 sites and have found no information.
