Nielsen Concerto - Suggested Cuts

I am considering playing the first movement of the Nielsen Concerto for a concerto competition, but have a time limit of 10 minutes (the first movement averages at 12 min.). Any suggestions for cutting 2 minutes off? If possible, I wouldn't cut any of that piece, but unfortunately, that's not an option.

You could cut off some of the orchsetra parts. or condense some of the cadenzas good luck! I'm doing this myself for a concerto competition but thankfully I don't need to shorten the piece. Its a wonderful piece. Do you happen to have the full score by any chance?
