I've had Buffet Crampon 228 for close to 20 years. Never had to have it fixed or adjusted (maybe it would benefit from a service now, but there is nothing obviously wrong with it). I've even bounced it down some stone steps with no ill effects (not recommended). I've never seen a 225 but the photos ...
